Content: Printed on border: "Russell uniform company, 1600 Broadway, New York, N.Y." "U.S. Army rain cloth poncho, a most practical garment. Weight, 2 3/4 to 3 lbs., with patented collar to prevent rain entering at neck, has snap fasteners each side, when closed forms a coat, also when two ponchos are fastened together at sides it forms a sleeping bag for one or two persons." Written on border: "c1915" Includes additional text.
