Content: Written on border: "Mar. 1862" Printed on border: "It is a square of flannel, trimmed with velvet, and folded, as in the cut. It is easily made, and very comfortable, as it covers the shoulders; and it has this advantage, it can be folded in a very small space for the pocket."
