Content: Printed on border: "Conceded to late summer is the smart French felt when women famous for their taste in clothes as are Miss Geraldine Farrar, Mrs. Vernon Castle, Miss Louise Desser, and Miss Elsie de Wolfe herald the vogue. Something in the softness of felt makes it becoming to almost any type of face, and the colors are of such a wide range that it is possible to obtain any desired shade."
