Content: No negroes may be taken from Portuguese seaports to foreign territories, particularly not to the colony of Sacramento or other countries bordering on Brazil. Traders who do not obey this law will be fined the triple value of the slave, one half going to the denouncer, the other half to the royal treasury, and the smuggler to be deported to Angola for ten years.
