Content: Caption on back: "A dry run for a class of elementary swimmers of the 25th Combat Team is conducted by 1st Lieutenant Elmer R. Gray, swimming instructor at the Seventh Army Recreation Center at Ft. Barrancas, Florida. Troops spend a week at this newly established Recreation Center. Only two hours per day training in swimming is required. Balance of time is spent as soldiers desire. Facilities for these and various other sports are provided. Soldiers of the new peacetime army incur no loss of furlough time or extra cost for their week-long stay. 8/7/46."
