Description
Asks pardon for not sending Gates' paper to Mr. Nourse's; encloses other intelligence that Gates may not have seen; had erased some lines as containing reflections on a certain nation; details the proceedings of the committees for the relief of the people of Boston; contributions from Philadelphia; General Lee was embarked for Boston to assist the people with his counsel; Gov. Gage's laconic answer breathes more of the ministerial spirit than any one procedure of the detestable Bernard or Hutchison.
