Content: Declaration concludes, p. [2]: "... esta solemne declaracion hecha en la capital del imperio á 28 de septiembre de 1821, primero de la independencia mexicana. Agustin de Iturbide. Antonio, obispo de la Puebla [i.e. Antonio Joaquín Pérez Martínez]. Juan O-Donojú ... [et al.]."
Content: Following the declaration on p. [3]: "Tendralo entendido la regencia, haciéndolo imprimir, publicar y circular. México, 6 de octubre de 1821 ... Antonio, obispo de la Puebla, presidente. Juan José Espinosa de los Monteros, vocal secretario. José Rafael Suarez Pereda, vocal secretario. A la regencia del imperio. Por tanto mandamos que se imprima y publique esta Acta, circulandola â todos los tribunales, gefes, gobernadores y demas autoridades ... para que por su parte la publiquen y circulen en todos los lugares y á todos las personas á quienes corresponda. En México á 8 de octubre de 1821 ... Agustin de Iturbide, presidente. Manuel de la Barcena. Isidro Yañez. Manuel Velazquez de Leon. A D. José Manuel Herrera."
