Content: The instructions included an 11th regulation and additional text at the end of the 6th rule, which were omitted by the printer and subsequently added in ms. to completed forms: "VI. ... not exceeding eight shillings per week per man"; "XI. No apprentice or servant to be enlisted without the consent of the master."
Content: Followed by: In Provincial Congress at New-York, June [blank] 1775. To [blank] gentlemen, greeting."
