Physical Description
Extent: 1 tutu : Cotton, beige, brown, saffron, yellow ; Elastic, pink ; Lame, gold ; Satin, beige, gold, peach, yellow ; Tulle, gold ; 49 x 87 cm + 1 headdress (Tulle, yellow ; 30 x 53 x 8 cm ) + 2 armlets (Tulle, yellow ; 36.5 x 35-37 cm)
Description
The bodice is made with seven parts in four different fabrics. The center front part is decorated with appliqués made of a layer of tulle covered with either brown metallic threads, or peach / beige satin each motif bordered with yellow embroidery silk. Some metallic braids placed diagonally on the bust and around the waist finish the décor. The neckline is bordered with a yellow synthetic tulle flounce. The pancake plate is made of several layers of tulle decorated with floral motifs appliqués in various fabrics, lame and cheesecloth. The headdress is a single-layer half circle of embroidered yellow tulle, with a reinforced layer at the bottom center for the head, with scalloped edges embroidered with gilded thread. The two armlets are made of a rectangle band of yellow hexagonal synthetic tulle gathered with an elastic at 3/4 of length and embroidered with metallic gilded foils.
